Build the best docks, then put it in writing.

VoyageR Inc. warrants all VoyageR brand docks purchased new by the original owner to be free from defects in the aluminum structure and welds for a period of fifteen years. A two-year warranty covers the remaining components of these products (excluding components and options, which carry their own manufacturer’s warranty, wherein that warranty will apply).

VoyageR will at its option repair or replace, without charge, or allow credit for any such goods found on examination by VoyageR to be defective under normal use and service. The buyer’s remedies with respect to defective goods shall be exclusively limited as above provided and in no event shall the seller be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature. All repair work must be done by a registered VoyageR dealer.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, installation, overloading, accident, neglect or harmful alterations or repairs made by others, damage by snow or ice, electrolysis, severe weather conditions, Acts of God, natural expansion or contraction of deck surfaces caused by weather conditions.

Written notice of a discovered defect covered under this warranty must be received by VoyageR prior to the expiration of the warranty, based on the date of purchase shown on the customer’s invoice.

The above limitation of warranty (including warranties of fitness and merchantability) is made pursuant to Minn, Stats. 336.2-316.
